1. Minimum rental period: 24 hours.
2. In case the order is made less than 24 hours before the rental period, on a holiday or on the weekend, the payment as well as the deposit fee shall be made in cash at the time of obtaining the vehicle.
3. Minimum age of the tenant: 22 y.o.
4. The driver shall be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least two years.
5. The documents required for rental an automobile are the following: the copies of the passport (ID) and the category B driving licence. The tenant shall also fill in the application in written form and shall mail it to office@u24.services for security checks.
6. To obtain the vehicle, the tenant shall pay the deposit fee. The deposit fee may be set on the individual basis and depends on the rental history and the tenant`s age and driving experience.
7. The tenant can pay for the rental of a vehicle and the deposit fee in cash or by card.
8. The vehicle shall be given and be returned in a clean state and with a full tank of fuel.
9. The rental of a vehicle includes the following:

• With no limit – in Saint-Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
• The limit in Russia is 350 km per day. Additional cost in case of exceeding the limit accounts for 4 rubles per one kilometer.

10. The tenant shall be given and shall return a clean vehicle with the interior tidied up and the full tank of fuel. In case the vehicle is returned in a dirty state, there shall be additional payments: 500 rubles for a passenger car wash; 700 rubles for commercial transport and minibus wash. In case it is returned with a lower level of fuel in the tank, the additional payment for the fuel is equal to 45 rubles per 1 litre.
11. Railway station and airport parking fees at the time of accepting and returning the vehicle shall be paid off by the tenant according to the established prices.

The order cancelation:

The tenant can cancel the order without any fire at least 24 hours before the rental period starts.

In case the order is cancelled less than 24 hours before the rental period, the tenant shall be fired as much as the daily rental cost of the vehicle.

In case the vehicle is returned after the previously stated time:

• When the exceeded rental time limit is up to 5 hours, the tenant shall pay off as much as 10% of the daily rental cost of the vehicle.
• When the exceeded rental time limit is more than 5 hours, the tenant shall pay off as much as the daily rental cost of the vehicle.

In case the vehicle is returned before the previously stated time:

• The recalculation and the return of the money may be conducted on condition that the tenant has informed the managers about the return at least the day before the previously scheduled dates.
• In case the tenant has returned the vehicle before the scheduled dates and has not informed the managers of the company about it, he or she shall pay the additional payment as much as the daily rental cost of the vehicle.
