- Orders for flower delivery must be placed from 10 am till 10 pm. Next day delivery options or dates in the future are also available. Cut off time for delivery same day varies on weekends and during peak holidays
- Orders for flower delivery must be placed at least three hours prior delivery time
- Regular delivery price is 390 RUB. At night delivery price is 550 RUB (from 22:00 till 10:00)
- Delivery within the Leningrad Region is calculated individually
- Urgent delivery (within an hour) costs additional 390 RUB to the total cost of the order
- Performer has the right to cancel order due to the lack of technical capability (within 15 minutes from the moment of placing order)
Cancellation of an order
Client has the right to cancel order prior five hours before delivery time and in one and more calendar days.
In case of cancellation later than this term, client is to pay to performer a penalty of 30% of the order cost.
