Bus rental

Bus rental makes it possible to solve the problem of transporting a big number of people - from 30 persons. Here you can rent a comfort class bus or a business class bus. The distinction consists of the equipment level, the capacity and other parameters. The level of rendering service for both classes is equal: timely giving, polite driver, comfortable trip.

Terms of service provision

1. During the night time (23:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) the rent price is paid with the 1,5 coefficient.
2. The price makes 40 rubles\km inside the CAD (Ring Road) at a distance less than 40 km from the city and the cost is paid according to the mileage. In case of a car delivery beyond CAD (Ring Road) at a distance up to 40 km 2 hours of usage are to be paid.
3. Minimal order: 4 hours + 1 hour of car delivery (+ 2 hours outside of the Ring Road for less than 40km from the city). In case of car delivery at a distance up to 40 km from the city the rent is calculated individually.
4. Rental price does not include the cost of paid parking (at the airport, at the railway station, etc.) and the customer is obliged to pay for parking charge on his own.
5. In case of exceeding rental time for more than 10 minutes it rounds up to a half an hour.

We have all-day booking. In case of late order – after 10:00p.m. – the service will be agreed no later than 10:00a.m. next day.

Minimum time of providing the vehicle:

Comfort class vehicle: 3 hours from the order time

Business class vehicle: 3 hours from the order time

Between May and September the providing time can increase to 24 hours.

1. The driver is always guided by existing traffic regulations, and the client must not provoke the driver to violate them.
2. The rental time is discussed in advance and the extension of the rent cannot be guaranteed to a customer.
3. In case of breakdown of the car the company provides expeditious replacement by a similar vehicle. In such case the idle time is not included in the rent price.
4. In case of cancellation of the vehicle order upon the customer's initiative in less than 24 hours, the latter is obliged to pay the cost of the minimal order.
5. Toll roads are not included in transfer cost.
6. The company is not liable for conditions beyond its control (road accident, traffic jams, etc.) as well as client’s items left in the car.
7. Throughout the rental period the customer is liable for the state of the car interior and equipment.
8. The number of people inside the vehicle cannot exceed the number of seats.
9. Smoking and opening of champagne bottles in the vehicle interior is prohibited.
10. In case of ordering the bus for a group of children (under the age of 18) it is necessary to confirm and pay the order at least 3 hours before the travelling date to let the company arrange the notification of movement in the DMV.
